You own ElevenAPI launches from positioning and messaging through the docs, demos, sample code, and launch day. ElevenAPI is how developers call ElevenLabs’ audio models. You partner with research and engineering on what makes a model different, and with Developer Growth, Content, and Partnerships on the message.

## What you would do

You use the API and read the docs the way a developer would, then work with research and engineering until you can say what a benchmark shows. Developer Growth, Content, and Partnerships help turn that into how the launch shows up. Usage data, community feedback, and conversations with builders are how you bring the developer’s view to the roadmap.

The seat stays on the API. ElevenAgents is for companies running voice and chat agents, and ElevenCreative covers speech, music, image, and video. A developer embedding a model is a different buyer, so you position ElevenAPI on its own. ElevenLabs does not use job titles. The role is remote, and the offices in London, New York, Madrid, and Warsaw are optional.

## Why ElevenLabs is hiring now

ElevenLabs has not said why the seat is open. This is our read. Developers judge an audio model from the docs and a short call to the API. The launch story has to match what research will defend. Early proof is positioning that matches the model, revised when usage or community feedback disagrees. You run that series of launches, and you bring the developer’s view into the company.

## Who would do this well

There is no year minimum. ElevenLabs wants launches you led for developer tools, APIs, or infrastructure, and writing that turns a technical capability into positioning a builder trusts. An engineering background helps and is not required. Developer communities and events are a bonus, not the bar.

## How to prep tonight

Use one ElevenLabs model a developer can call today. Draft the launch narrative you would give that developer and a researcher, and mark the line you would not let the docs overclaim. Name the usage signal that would make you revise the message, and the sample code you would ship with the docs. Close with the roadmap change you would recommend, and the builder conversation behind it.

## Common questions

**Is this the agents product?** No. This seat is ElevenAPI, the way developers call the models. If the conversation moves to ElevenAgents or ElevenCreative, bring it back to the API.

**Who do you partner with?** Research, engineering, Developer Growth, Content, and Partnerships. You also bring usage, community feedback, and builder conversations back to the roadmap.

**Do you need to write code?** You need to build with the API and read the docs critically. An engineering background helps and is not required.
