You own positioning for Glean Agents and enable the sales and customer-facing teams who sell it. You partner with marketing on full-funnel campaigns, and you bring customer and market insight back to product. Glean measures the work on awareness, demand, and adoption.

## What you would do

You partner with sales and marketing on the go-to-market plan for Glean Agents, and on how the field positions it as a category leader. Customer-facing teams get their messaging, assets, and enablement from you. Marketing runs full-funnel campaigns with you. Both are judged on awareness, demand, and adoption.

You also partner with product on how Agents evolves. That covers adoption, feature refinements, and staying ahead of competitors. You act as the voice of the customer and the market for product, marketing, and the customer-facing teams. The role is hybrid, four days a week in the San Francisco or Mountain View office.

## Why Glean is hiring now

Glean calls Agents a crucial part of its future as an enterprise AI platform. It does not say why this principal seat is open now. The rest is our read. Many buyers know Glean for enterprise search. They need a clear reason to adopt Agents, and sellers need to give the same reason in every deal. In the first two quarters, expect to own the Agents narrative and to show its effect on adoption.

## Who would do this well

Glean asks for eight or more years of B2B SaaS product marketing and a BA or BS. Experience with agentic AI products is a plus. You should be able to explain a technical product simply, both to buyers and to the teams who sell it. They want someone who tests, measures, and adjusts the messaging based on results. You also need to influence product decisions without owning the roadmap.

## How to prep tonight

Pick one team that could use Glean Agents, such as support, sales, or engineering. Draft the narrative you would give sellers for that team. Include the objection handling for a buyer who already uses Glean for search. Add the adoption metric you would track after the campaign launches. Then write one change you would ask product for, and the customer feedback behind it.

## How Glean describes the role

Two lines from Glean’s description of the role. Expect interviewers to come back to both.

“Glean Agents is a crucial part of Glean's trajectory as an Enterprise AI platform.”

“Partner closely with customer-facing teams to craft messaging and assets that drives product awareness, demand, and adoption.”

## Common questions

**Who do you partner with?** Sales, marketing, product, and the other customer-facing teams. You align them on one Glean Agents narrative. You do not manage those teams.

**Which product is this?** Glean Agents. Glean also sells Search and the Assistant on the same platform. Expect questions about how they fit together, and keep your answers on how customers adopt Agents.

**What is the AI exercise?** Every Glean interview process includes a short AI exercise or discussion. Walk through one real marketing task, the tools you used, what you checked yourself, and what shipped. You do not need prior Glean experience.
