Three steps. Paste a job posting or pick a standard interview, talk it through out loud, and see exactly where you stood.

1. Start with a job posting, or don't

For a custom interview, paste the job posting URL, or just the company and role. Mokk reads it and builds a question set and prep brief for that exact opening. For a standard interview, you're drawing from the general PMM question bank instead. Either way, the interview itself works the same.

2. Talk it through, live

Mokk asks a question out loud. You answer out loud. It's a real conversation over a live connection, not a chatbot with a mic and not a recording you send off and wait on. The interviewer follows up the way a real one would, and it waits while you think instead of jumping in the moment you pause.

3. Get scored

After the session, you get a score on each of the five competencies with feedback grounded in what you actually said, not generic tips. You'll see exactly where you were strong and where the answer fell apart.

What to expect the first time

You'll do a quick mic check before the interview starts. Any built-in laptop microphone works fine. The interviewer waits for you to finish thinking before it responds, so a pause doesn't mean it's about to interrupt you.

If your mic cuts out, you freeze up, or you just aren't ready yet, end the session in the first two minutes and it doesn't use a credit.
