How a session works
- Choose a question or an interview. A question is one prompt from the PMM question bank and runs about ten minutes. An interview is built from a job posting you paste in and runs about thirty.
- Talk it through out loud. The interviewer asks, waits while you think, and follows up the way a hiring manager would, on the weakest part of what you said.
- See where you landed. You get a level on each of five competencies, with feedback that quotes your own answer.
All you need is a browser and a microphone. The built-in microphone on a laptop works fine. See how it works for what to expect the first time.

Each competency is scored at one of four levels, Missing, Developing, Strong, or Exceptional, using behavioral descriptions of what each level sounds like. The full descriptions are on the rubric page.
