Using Mokk

Mokk provides AI-generated interview practice, scoring, and feedback for product marketing candidates. Practice sessions and feedback are a preparation tool. They are not a guarantee of interview performance or hiring outcomes, and Mokk is not affiliated with the companies referenced in our company-specific guides.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Mokk.

Payment and credits

Mokk is pay-per-interview. There is no subscription. Credits are purchased individually or in packs and are consumed when you complete a session, except that a session you end within the first two minutes does not consume a credit.

Acceptable use

Don't use Mokk to generate content that impersonates a real person, to attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying models, or to interfere with the service for other users.

Intellectual property

You own the content of your answers. We own the Mokk product, including the question bank, rubric, and scoring system. Your feedback and transcripts are yours to export or delete at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Mokk is provided as-is. Feedback is generated by AI and, like any interview prep, may not perfectly predict how a real interviewer will respond. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll notify active accounts by email before the change takes effect.
