One credit is about ten minutes of interview time. A single question from the PMM bank costs 1 credit. A full interview, built from a job posting you paste in, costs 3. Credits sit in one balance, so you decide the mix as you go rather than at checkout.
Every session starts with a quick mic check, so you know your audio works before the interviewer says a word. If a session fails on our end, email team@mokk.ai and we will put the credits back.
