Mokk vs Pramp for PMM interview prep.

Pramp is no longer a separate practice product. Aced, formerly Exponent, says it acquired Pramp, and the practice FAQ says Pramp is now Aced and that old accounts need an Aced login.

Peer mocks are live video with another person. The listed interview types do not include product marketing. The free Basic plan includes 5 peer mocks a month. Mokk is a live voice interviewer for PMMs only. (Mokk publishes this page.)

Pramp is part of Aced now

Aced’s practice post says the company acquired Pramp and folded its peer practice into what is now Aced Practice. The rename post, announced in August 2026, lists Pramp among a family of brands that also includes InterviewCake and APM List. On the practice FAQ, the answer to “I used Pramp before” is that Pramp is now Aced, formerly Exponent, and that you need an Aced account.

pramp.com still resolves. It now describes Aced Practice. Interviews are one to one over video, and each person interviews the other for 30 to 45 minutes. The page says the practice aims to be free.

What the peer mocks cover

The practice page lists the interview types it will match. Product management, data structures and algorithms, system design, behavioral, finance, and beta tracks for SQL, data science and machine learning, and frontend. Product marketing is not on that list.

Aced does publish PMM material elsewhere. The question page describes 41 product marketing questions, and there is a Common PMM Interview Questions course marked premium. That material is separate from a peer mock matched on a PMM track. The Aced comparison covers the courses, the question bank, and the plan prices.

Prices checked Oct 2026, on Aced’s pricing page. Basic is $0 and includes 5 peer mocks a month. Pro is $12 a month billed annually, or $79 a month. Expert is $20 a month billed annually, or $99 a month, and that plan adds the AI coaching suite.

A peer mock is the right pick when you want another person on the call. Use it for a PM or engineering loop too, since those types are on the matcher. Product marketing is absent from that list.

Use the free peer mocks for behavioral reps if you want them. Use Mokk when the question is a launch, a segment choice, or a story about influence. Mokk asks one or two follow-up questions per answer that push for specifics, metrics and outcomes, and scores every answer on the same five PMM competencies. Plan prices are on the Aced comparison, and the full table is on the alternatives page.

The pages behind these figures are the practice post, the rename post, the practice FAQ, pramp.com, Aced pricing, and the PMM questions.
