What this role does
You package Harvey’s products as solutions that legal teams can use, and you own go-to-market for one solution area. Messaging changes by vertical, persona, and segment size. Enterprise sales gets demo storylines, playbooks, and customer-ready material from you.

What you would do
You sit on the Solutions Marketing team. Core product marketing and Product shape the launch, and you decide how it is packaged for each buyer. GTM teams get solution-led messaging, a demo storyline that starts from the workflow, and playbooks for an enterprise sale.
Demand Gen and Content partner with you on full-funnel campaigns. You use market, customer, and competitive research so the positioning matches how that buyer works. You align Product, GTM, and Marketing leadership on which solutions to prioritize and where the market opportunity is. The role is open in San Francisco and New York.
Why Harvey is hiring now
Harvey has not published a reason for opening the seat. This is our read. A law firm and an in-house legal team do not buy the same workflow, and one narrative for both leaves sellers inventing the story in the room. In the first months you write messaging for one solution area that sales will reuse, and you check whether adoption moved after a customer signs.
Who would do this well
Harvey asks for six to eight or more years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related B2B SaaS role. You should have marketed a complex workflow product to enterprise buyers, and connected a technical capability to an outcome the buyer recognizes. Positioning has to become sales material and customer material for more than one segment. Bring a time you adapted the product message for an industry or a persona.
How to prep tonight
Take a legal workflow you can explain, such as contract review. Write the demo in the order a seller would show it, starting from the task the lawyer is trying to finish. List the asset you would give that seller, the campaign you would ask Demand Gen to build, and the segment you would tell leadership to wait on.
What Harvey will ask about prioritization
Bring a prioritization decision you made with Product, GTM, and Marketing leaders, and the customer evidence you used when they disagreed.
“Align on solutions prioritization and market opportunity across Product, GTM, and Marketing leadership teams.”
