Interview format

Legora publishes its interview stages, which is rare at this size. You apply with a CV, then talk to the People Team about you and your goals. A hiring manager interview follows, covering skills, experience and how you work through problems.

Then comes the round that decides it. You get a role-specific case, then present it to the team for 60 minutes including discussion. A final interview with the CEO or your prospective department head confirms mutual fit. CEO involvement at final stage is unusual at this size. It tells you where the bar gets set.

Legora does not publish a timeline, so ask for one. Product marketing here is cut into narrow senior specialties covering partnerships, pricing and packaging, and go to market solutions. Splitting the function that finely means you get hired for a specialty and judged on it.

Sample questions

6 questions
  1. Q1

Harvey is roughly 2.7 times larger on ARR. When does a collaborative workflow argument beat a breadth argument?

Legora is the challenger and the interviewer knows it. They want to hear which deals Legora should fight for and which it should walk away from. A positioning answer that claims Legora wins everywhere will not survive the follow-up question.

FrameworkChallenger positioning (ideal customer profile narrowing, workflow proof, competitive traps, walk-away criteria)

    Answer this one out loud
  2. Q2

Price an AI product for a firm whose revenue comes from billable hours. Seats, usage or outcomes?

Legora treats pricing and packaging as a senior specialty of its own, which tells you how live this question is. Take a position and follow it through to what happens at renewal when usage doubles and the invoice doubles with it.

FrameworkPricing model selection (value metric, buyer budget alignment, expansion mechanics, renewal risk)

    Answer this one out loud
  3. Q3

The Jude Law campaign put legal AI on billboards. How would you prove it converted in a conservative reference-driven buy?

The April 2026 campaign tried to move legal AI from productivity tool to core legal work. Enterprise legal buying still runs on peer references and pilots. They want to know how you measure brand against a long sales cycle without pretending attribution is clean.

FrameworkBrand measurement (awareness to pipeline linkage, reference program, holdout design, leading indicators)

    Answer this one out loud
  4. Q4

Legora is a Stockholm company selling into large US law firms during a land grab. How do you build credibility fast?

US expansion started in March 2025 across New York, Chicago, Houston and Denver, with engineering and product staying in Stockholm. European origin is either a differentiator or a doubt depending on how you frame it. Say which one you would choose and why.

FrameworkMarket entry credibility (proof asset sequencing, reference strategy, local presence signals, objection handling)

    Answer this one out loud
  5. Q5

Harvey has locked up content partnerships. How would you use integrations and partners as a wedge instead?

Legora expects roughly a decade at the intersection of product marketing and partnerships in high-growth enterprise SaaS, structuring co-marketing and turning technical integrations into commercial messages. Bring a partner launch you ran end to end.

FrameworkPartner go to market (partner selection criteria, joint value proposition, co-marketing mechanics, pipeline attribution)

    Answer this one out loud
  6. Q6

Describe a decision you made with incomplete information and a deadline that would not move.

Comfort with ambiguity is one of the stated values, alongside honesty, craft and the idea that everyone contributes and no one coasts. They promote on character and impact over titles. Pick a story where you owned both the call and the consequence of it.

FrameworkSTAR method with emphasis on what you knew, what you assumed and what you would change

    Answer this one out loud

What they look for

Specializing product marketing this finely at Legora’s size means they are buying depth in one thing. The partnerships bar runs to roughly a decade spanning product marketing and partnerships in high-growth enterprise SaaS. Pricing work wants six to eight years pricing AI, SaaS or workflow products for enterprise and professional services buyers. Go after the specialty you can prove with work you have already done.

The 60 minute presentation is where the decision gets made. You present to the team and then discuss, so the discussion carries as much weight as the deck. Build something you can defend when a sharp person picks at the weakest assumption in it, and know which assumption that is before you walk in.

The values are stated in blunt terms. Adaptable, honest, comfortable with ambiguity, serious about craft, moving fast and thinking clearly. Everyone contributes and no one coasts is the line they use on their own site. Expect to be asked what you would own in your first month, and answer with something specific enough to be held to.

Insider tips

Know the numbers cold. Legora hit $100 million in ARR in April 2026, about eighteen months after general availability, then $150 million by the second quarter, with more than 1,500 customers across 50 markets and a $550 million Series D at around $5.6 billion. Growth at that speed is the context for every marketing decision you would be asked to make.

Treat the case presentation as a work sample, because that is what it is. Sixty minutes is long enough to go deep on one idea and far too long to fill with slides. Decide your recommendation first, build the evidence for it, then cut everything that does not support it.

The final round is about conviction as much as fit. Have a view on where Legora should be in two years and what it should refuse to do. Founders notice when you have thought about the company beyond the job you applied for.

Reading Legora's questions is the easy part. Answering one out loud, cold, with a follow-up coming is the part that falls apart in the room. That's what Mokk trains.
